The TL device line of Starting Torque Limiters is designed for the soft start of 3-phase or single-phase motors, i.e., it allows smoother starting of all AC induction motors, thus decreasing shock and vibration problems encountered during across-the-line starts. The device is ramp-up time/torque adjustable from .5 – 5 sec/0 – 85% of nominal starting torque.
