Applications ISO Grade 68 Polyolester Base oils are designed for use in rotaryscrew and vane compressors. They are based on a very thermally andoxidatively stable polyol ester blend. Under normal operatingconditions you can expect to obtain well over 8000 hours oflubricant life. They were formulated to be less likely to formvarnish under high temperature applications and to be moreresistant to acidic intake air than are polyalkylene glycolcoolants.
