Replacement for JORC Sepremium 175 Oil/Water Separator, 175 SCFM Separator (2) 1/2" NPT Connections
Replacement for JORC Sepremium 175 Oil/Water Separator, 175 SCFM Separator (2) 1/2" NPT Connections 9605The SEPREMIUM range of oil/waterseparators separates oil from condensate, generated bycompressed air systems. The SEPREMIUM achieves efficient separationof oil from condensate by means of directing the condensatethrough various separation stages. As condensate flows in to theSEPREMIUM, the oil is filtered out through variousfiltration elements. The first oil adsorbing element hasa clever saturation indicating feature, offering youa visual operating status of the separator ata distance. The elements are designed to combinevarious types of adsorption technologies to achieve lessthan 10 ppm oil residue values at the output stage. Finalseparation stage includes specially selected activatedcharcoal to polish out the remaining contaminants. Features & Benefits Visual element life indication. Lighter and easier replacement ofelements. Sectional draining options duringservicing. Multiple condensate inlets. Large 1" output capacity. Service drains for easymaintenance. Simple installation and maintenanceprocedures. Sample bottle and test drain forsample taking. Operates with all JORC type drains(both timer controlled and zero air loss). Only three models covering up to1250 SCFM compressor capacity. Customer specific finishing optionsavailable. Small foot print. All SEPREMIUM models can acceptcondensate discharge from efficient intelligent drains, costeffective timer drains, float drains and manual drains. Additionalcondensate can be added manually. The SEPREMIUM models are the newestdesign by JORC and they will be replacing the PURO model line ofoil/water separators. eIndustrialSolutions can still supply the PUROreplacement elements and charcoal bags.
