Passivation

Although stainless steel is naturally resistant to corrosion, it becomes compromised when free iron particles and other contaminants are introduced during machining, welding, and fabricating operations. Our passivation treatment includes citric or nitric acid solutions to remove surface contamination and enhance the protective passive film on stainless steel. Industrial Service Solutions also offers high humidity and copper sulfate testing as needed to confirm the effectiveness our passivation process.

Dry Film Lubricant

We offer dry film lubrication, also known as solid film lubrication (SFL) or anti-gall, to a broad range of applications. In addition, dry film lubrication reduces friction in high/low temperature and pressure environments where liquids cannot be used. Pressure Testing

Industrial Service Solutions offer pressure testing services to determine if industrial components such as assemblies, manifolds, and valves were properly fabricated. Our hydraulic pressure and leak tests have a 4000psi limit and our gas pressure and leak tests have a 2000psi limit. We comply with AMS 2610, AMS 2615, and many other OEM Prime specifications.
