Toshiba's totally enclosed, EQP Global Cooling Tower motor series meets the requirements of the hot and humid environments of cooling tower applications. The robust design and premium construction are available in TEFC and TEAO designs. The EQP Global Cooling Tower series is equipped with a range of enhanced features making it suitable for operation conditions with 100% humidity, including a double seal arrangement providing an IP56 rating that protects against moisture and contaminants entering the enclosure. The heavy-duty cast-iron frame and brackets make it a preferred choice for severe environments. Oversized 300 series bearings on both ends are double shielded, greased for life, requiring minimal maintenance. In addition, a severe duty epoxy paint system is resistant to water, dirt and corrosion. Manufactured with a commitment to quality, the EQP Global Cooling Tower series delivers exceptional performance and reliability in demanding applications.
